Buccoo Town Centre: A condominium complex on Shirvan Road Buccoo. The shops are located upfront to the main road while the upscale condos are positioned off the main thoroughfare, gated with 24/7 security, manned by friendly personnel.

We are apartment number 1B in Building-1, we aptly named it B11B@Buccoo.

Our condo is not just “a-place-to-stay” but a home to stay in. The entire space is available to you, with featured conveniences to accommodate any of your stay-over option whether long-term or short-term, romance or relaxation. Inside, everything was done with your comfort in mind.

KITCHEN: All standard appliances; Essential cooking utensils; Cutlery, Dinner wares; 6-piece Serving sets; Double filtered drinking water in refrigerator; Other essentials as far as mittens.

LAUNDRY: High Efficiency Washer and Dryer; Iron and Ironing-board; Washtub; Retractable clothesline; Detergent for a medium sized wash-load.

BALCONY/PORCH: East facing capturing a glimpse of the morning sun and having a full view of a lightly forested area that nests a flock of lively Cocrico birds.

OUTDOOR: – An 800 sq/ft pool and adjoining barbecue area that’s shared with other guests. It’s area ideal for an evening hang-out or just to splash and cool-down from the Tobago heat.

AMENITY REPLACEMENT (Stay-overs 5 days or more): Shower amenities, towels, bed sheets and laundry detergents are replenished or replaced after every fourth day.

HOUSE KEEPING: (Stay-overs 5 days or more): You manage the space but if you require housekeeping on a set schedule, contact us on the frequency and cost will be given.

The entire space is accessible to you.
EXCEPTIONS:
– Locked storage cupboards.
– Locked bedroom when out of service

We may personally greet you on arrival but would always have someone available to do so on our behalf. Check-in however is hassle-free, simply announce yourself at the gates, give a head count and you would be directed to the condo. At the door, use your key-code to enter. Once in, we would ensure that you are settled and assist you as necessary.
